Refund Policy

Since directsms.net is offering virtual numbers, we do not issue refunds once the purchase is made and the number has been activated successfully. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the specification of the product we supply.

We HONOR requests for refund on the following reasons:

Non-receiving SMS

Due to server issues, you might not receive an SMS code. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.

Invalid Number

If you have problems after receiving an SMS, submit evidence (e.g. 2FA screenshots) within 7 days.

Major Defects

Unexpected errors are rectified within 72 hours. If we fail, a full refund or replacement is offered.

Third-party Compatibility

We do not bear responsibility and do not satisfy refund requests based on incompatibility with third-party software (plug-ins, scripts, extensions etc) unless specified in the product description. We do not provide support for third-party applications.

Refund Fees & Timeline

Requests are accepted at info@directsms.net within 1 week after the order is placed.

You should accompany your request with detailed reasons. Please ensure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

Inactivity > 2 Years 25%
