How Discounts Work

How Bonuses Work

When you add balance to your account, bonus credits are automatically added on top of your deposit amount.

Example: $100 deposit + 10% bonus = $110 in your account

Payment Processing Fees

Commission fees charged by payment providers (such as cryptocurrency network fees, credit card processing fees, or bank transfer charges) are not included in your deposit amount. The final balance credited to your account reflects the amount received after all provider deductions. For example, if you deposit $100 via crypto and the network fee is $2, your account will be credited $98.

30-Day Rolling Calculation

Your VIP rank is determined by calculating the total sum of all successful deposits made within the last 30 calendar days. This is a rolling window that updates daily at midnight UTC. Each day, deposits older than 30 days are removed from the calculation, and new deposits are added. This means your rank may change daily based on your deposit activity.

Rank Downgrade Policy

If your 30-day deposit total falls below the minimum requirement for your current rank, your VIP level will be automatically downgraded to the appropriate tier. You will immediately lose access to the higher discount and bonus rates. To maintain your rank, ensure consistent deposit activity throughout the month.

Bonus Credit Usage & Restrictions

Bonus credits earned through VIP deposits are added directly to your account balance and can be used to purchase any service on our platform (SMS verification, proxies, temporary emails, software licenses). However, bonus credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted to cash. They are strictly for service purchases only.

Discount Stacking Rules

VIP discounts are applied automatically at checkout but cannot be combined with promotional codes, referral discounts, or limited-time special offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. In cases where multiple discounts could apply, only the highest single discount will be used.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

DirectSMS reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend, modify, or permanently revoke VIP benefits in cases of detected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using stolen payment methods, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

VIP 7+ Exclusive Telegram Access

Members who reach VIP Rank 7 or higher will receive access to an exclusive private Telegram support channel. This channel provides priority customer support with faster response times, direct communication with senior staff, and early access to new features and promotions. Access link will be provided via email once you reach the required rank.

Program Modifications

DirectSMS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the VIP Rank System at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to minimum deposit requirements, discount rates, bonus percentages, and available benefits. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
